Terms and conditions
Please read the below Terms and Conditions before booking your wedding day:
 
Booking Confirmation
Bookings will only be confirmed once the completed booking form has been completed and returned along with a 50% deposit.
All deposits paid are NON-REFUNDABLE.
 
 
Balance Payment
The remaining balance is due no later than 1 month prior to the wedding date.
 
 
Payment Methods
Payments can be made via Bank Transfer or PAYPAL.
Please request these details via email.                  
 

Songs
All song options can be found on the Repertoire page on the website: www.paphosweddingsinger.com
If you would like a song that is not listed, please request it upon booking. A minimum of 1 month before the wedding date is required for any requested songs. Any requested songs are not guaranteed. The singer must check all songs to make sure that they are possible.
 
 
Cancellation
All Cancellations must be put in writing and sent to paphosweddingsinger@hotmail.com immediately.
Deposit fees are non-refundable.
The cancellation fee applicable will be determined by the notice period given for cancellation as follows:
  • Should the client cancel 26 weeks or greater prior to the wedding date, no cancellation fee will in incurred.
  • A 50% charge of the total service fee (minus the deposit paid) will apply for any cancellation with 26 to 6 weeks of the wedding date.
  • 100% charge of the total service fee (minus the deposit paid) will apply if cancellation occurs within 6 weeks or less of the wedding date.
All cancellation fees must be paid within 7 days of cancelling the booking.
 
 
 
Venue & Setup
The singer will arrive at the venue at the agreed time to set-up and sound check the equipment.

If the singer is required to perform at an outdoor venue there must be adequate shading for the singer.

A suitable performance area is required and the client must ensure that there is an adequate and safe power supply source for the sound equipment to be used during the performance.
If there is no electricity on site, the client must inform the singer as soon as possible.
 
Only the singer or the dedicated sound technician may operate or move the equipment. The singer cannot accept responsibility for damage to equipment, or injury to persons caused directly by third party intervention.
 
The client is fully responsible for damage to any equipment caused by any person at the wedding.
 
 
Photo/Video
Unless stated otherwise by the client, the singer reserves the right to take photographs and/or video recordings during any part of the performance for self-publicity and promotional purposes.
